Krissy Merritt is a licensed Realtor and General Contractor with over two decades of experience in the remodeling industry. Shortly after being married Krissy and husband Robb moved from Phoenix Arizona to Charlotte and started a remodel company in 2001 called Laying It Down Inc. earning a reputation as a highly respected figure, recognized for her expertise, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to her clients.
As a natural progression Krissy, obtained her general contractor license for their remodel company in both North and South Carolina. Together, they have provided top-notch renovation and remodeling services for 23 years, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and transforming clients’ visions into reality.
Expanding her professional credentials, Krissy became a licensed realtor in both North and South Carolina in 2016. She has since been dedicated to helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate. With her in-depth knowledge of the local market and her construction and renovation expertise, Krissy is uniquely qualified to guide clients through the complexities of real estate transactions, ensuring they make informed decisions.
